My Financial Aid Portal
To Access the Financial Aid Portal:
- Log in to your .
- In the Menu at the top of the page, click the "My Financial Aid Portal" option.
- Scroll down on the page and click the small link that says "My Financial Aid Portal".
- The page should say "Welcome [Your First Name]" in bolded red text. If so, you are now in the 葫芦影业 Financial Aid Portal.

The Financial Aid Office is PAPERLESS as of June 12th, 2025.
We will not be accepting any documents by email.* You will be able to upload documents via the Financial Aid Portal. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
*Please note: Some documentation needs to be submitted in-person. For example: Statement of Educational Purpose, Professional Judgement, and Independent Override paperwork must be submitted in-person.
Troubleshooting
Below are some common issues students have with accessing the Financial Aid Portal, and their resolutions.

JICS
The Issue: You encounter a JICS Single Sign-On page or are prompted to login with your JICS credentials.
JICS credentials do not exist, and no one has them.
To Resolve: Log in again on a different browser or device. You may need to switch multiple times for successful login. Best results are had with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a PC/Windows device.

Login Failed
The Issue: After following the steps above, red text on the right side of the page says: "Your login failed. We could not validate your E-mail Address (Include @lions.molloy.edu)."
This issue commonly occurs soon after placing the confirmation deposit.
To Resolve: Call or email the Financial Aid Office, preferably with the exact wording of the error. We will have to manually resolve the issue on our end.

Only Option is "Welcome"
The Issue: You are in the Financial Aid Portal, but the only Menu option is "Welcome".
To Resolve:
- Make sure you are viewing the correct academic year. To do so, check the upper right corner of the page and ensure the dropdown menu is set to the correct academic year.
- If you are already viewing the correct academic year, then your only Menu option is "Welcome" because there is no financial aid offer ready for you to view. If this is unexpected, please contact the Financial Aid Office so we can review your account.

Invalid Username (Lions Den)
The Issue: You cannot log in to the with your usual username and password.
This error commonly occurs soon after placing the confirmation deposit.
To Resolve: Please carefully read the guidelines on the . Login steps are different for Accepted students and Confirmed/Current students. If the issue persists even after reading and following the guidelines, please contact the IT Help Desk at 516-323-4800.
